Czar Nicholas was responsible for WWI the Serbs then were like the Palestinians now. If Russia hadn't interfered Austria would have moved in and killed a bunch of terrorist then left. Woodrow Wilson was responsible for the horrible World Order that emerged after Versailles( as well as being the father of American socialism).

I have to agree that Wilson entering the World War was one of the most bone-headed moves in American history.

If Russia hadn't interfered Austria would have moved in and killed a bunch of terrorist then left. Not necessarily. The Austrians didn't have a lot of luck against the Serbians when the war did get going. If I remember correctly, they had to be rescued by their big brothers the Germans, just as they did against the Italians.
Actually, A-H performance in WWI was remarkably similar to the Italian performance in WWII.

Woodrow Wilson was responsible for the horrible World Order that emerged after Versailles (as well as being the father of American socialism). Wilson is on my list of the top 10 most hated leaders of the 20th century. In some ways, he occupies the top spot.

Czar Nicholas was responsible for WWIWhat a load of revisionist crock. Its the Kaiser's fault for giving Austria-Hungary a blank check. Austria then felt emboldened to escalate the conflict, and voila. Stupidity abounded on all sides, but Germany deserves the overwhelming bulk of the blame.
