Here's a novel concept for you.............whenever deciding upon some action, put yourself in the shoes of those whose actions you would advocate..........you want to defend such notions, why not your own mother or sister then?

One point here He Rides A White Horse, tpaine never said he advocated an adult female/minor male relationship as "OK". You're the one who lumped Libertarians in with those who think this kind of thing is ok. Did you not expect some sort of response?

After reading through this entire thread and shaking my head some of the comments, I looked up Tadpole on IMDB - http://us.imdb.com/Title?0271219 - and it seems to be even worse than JohnHuang2's article depicts. Oscar, our virile 15 year old, is in love with his step-mother, Sigourney Weaver, and seeks first to bed her. Instead, he settles for her best friend, Bebe Neuwirth, who is all too happy to oblige, since she wanted him anyway. Meanwhile, other assorted older women all seem to have the hots for him too. Eventually, one of these other friends, who knows about his sex with the best friend, reveals it to his parents, and they don't really seem to mind at all.

So, what do we have? A young man with no respect for his father and his new marriage because gratuitous sex is more important, a woman with no respect for her best friend and her new family because gratuitous sex is more important, a whole bunch of older women going after a kid when they should know better, and parents who don't care that their 40-something friend is having sex with their 15 year old son.

I don't care how oversexed some of you think you were at 15, there are no valuable lessons to be learned from this movie, other than the fact that Hollywood is just as twisted as we thought and simply doesn't care. The scary thing is that too many of us don't seem to either.
