A Jordanian-born man who was charged with smuggling $12 million in bogus cashier's checks into the United States was ordered held without bond after prosecutors alleged that he had acknowledged that a business associate might be associated with Al Qaeda. Omar Shishani, 47, told agents who interviewed him after his arrest last week that the man listed on three of the checks, Baharuddin Masse, had made "pro-Al-Qaeda statements" and had named his daughter Al Qaeda, according to prosecutors Wednesday.

During the Gulf War a lot of these people named their children 'Scud', but that name is no longer in fashion I guess.
