Article I Section 2: The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.
Article I Section 3: The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.
Article II Section 4: The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Article III Section 1: The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour

Ken Starr couldn't have found a firecracker if it was stuck up his butt sideways because he didn't WANT to find anything. That's the whole reason he was appointed.

Governor Jeb Bush this week tapped Raoul G. Cantero III to fill a vacancy on the state's highest court. Cantero, a Miami appellate attorney, becomes the first Hispanic to serve as a justice on the Florida Supreme Court.
The Spanish-born Cantero is the grandson of former Cuban president and dictator Fulgencio Batista, who was overthrown by brutal communist tyrant Fidel Castro in 1959.
Bush called his choice of Cantero proof that "service on our state's highest court is open to men and women of excellence of all backgrounds. His character, humility and judicial philosophy make him perfectly qualified."
The conservative Cantero has handled more than 250 civil and criminal appeals in all five District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, several U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Bush's appointment is final; it does not require the consent of the legislature.
And also, according to those honest Dems, there's nothing to all of those claims he obstructed justice and lied under oath repeatedly in depositions and before a Federal grand jury.
well, for starters, stop calling them democrats. they are socialists, although i will accept the term communist. lets start calling them a name that identifies them with their true ideology.
second, i will tell you how far a socialist will go to get its way. when the facts are out, it will be known that the clinton administration knew that there were corrupt practices going on in some corners of corporate america, and did nothing to stop it. why would clinton not stop it and be a hero?
first, remember that the socialists are constantly struggling to find capital to fund their socialist ideas. first there was the income tax, then a graduated income tax, then the smokers lawsuits and we can only guess that the fast food restaurants are next. people do not like to be taxed (duhh!!!) but they are somewhat tolerant of taxes when they feel they have plenty of money. with the stock market pumped up, people are less apt to bitch about tax increases and, voila, the socialists have another source of money to fund their programs.
secondly, if clinton does prosecute some companies as it should have, then the stock market tanks earlier than the 2000 elections and the socialists not only lose the presidency, but the house and senate to boot.

In the 18th century, when the Constitution was written, spelling was not standardized, and it was not considered incorrect to use a variant spelling.
