REPEAT
In the opinion of this witness, under the environmental conditions, based on the decompositional stages and according to the reports of other witnesses...in his estimate, a body in that condition could not have been there that long. Looking at post mortem changes..this is what he expected a body to look in 4 - 6 weeks..

If you are correctly posting this "expert"'s opinion, then Dusek should never have used him and just went with Goff. Again, if he is adamant on 4-6 weeks, then his testimony is worthless.

Kim,
I think you missed the point. No one cares what this witness had to say, he isn't credible!!! His opinion doesn't count.
You can't make a mountain of evidence out of a nonexistant ant hill.

One week = 7 days
Four weeks = 4 x 7 = 28 days
Six weeks = 6 x 7 = 42 days
January hath 31 days
Date Danielle Van Dam's body recovered = February 27, 2002.
According to Prosecution's "expert" witless witness, Danielle Van Dam was dead between January 16, 2002 and January 31, 2002.
