Looking at post mortem changes..this is what he expected a body to look in 4 - 6 weeks..
One week = 7 days
Four weeks = 4 x 7 = 28 days
Six weeks = 6 x 7 = 42 days
January hath 31 days
Date Danielle Van Dam's body recovered = February 27, 2002.
According to Prosecution's "expert" witless witness, Danielle Van Dam was dead between January 16, 2002 and January 31, 2002.

Now that's hilarious.

I think on redirect Dusek asked if she could have died on the 2,3 or 4th and the "expert" said that was possible as he was "just estimating" the condition of the body.
Feldman did not then come back and ask him 5th,6th.... 12th etc.
Sure sounded like he used alot of assumptions (and he was not real clear on which ones he used) to reach his "estimate".
