Deejay, I do believe you miss understood the testimony.
The person testified to the fact that the drag marks were north (you are correct here) but they were parallel to the body. There was no trail from the north to where the body was found.
When asked by the defense if the drag marks were the size a hand would make the answer was NO! When asked if the drag marks were the size a body would make the answer was NO! The witness then said they were the size that intrails would make.
The indication by the testimony was that an animal had come and taken some insides out of the body, went a ways then dropped them, then drug them for a ways.
So are we back to its possible the body could have been carried in from nearby road about 12 paces or was it stil from the north but it just wasn't dragged ?
