"Maybe the DA should have spent a little more time getting his facts together, before he filed charges."
Exactly. Look at this one in Utah, they still haven't filed kidnap/murder charges against Ricci or anyone else.
SDPD should have taken a lot more time.

I live in northern CA and not too far from where this happened. In fact a friend of mine went to school with Cary and told me about the hell the parents went through when Steven was kidnapped. I know. This whole thing is SO BIZARRE!!! When you think that his brother was kidnapped by a pedophile and kept for years and years before getting free and returning to "normal life". You could not write a story like this!
He was such an absolute monster.

Sure, A guy from Hawaii where they snow ski alot, knows more about the snow falls in SD than the local bug experts. There is not frost in Hawaii, how can there be snow ? Haven't you checked the temps at the airport ?

Oh, by the way. I was shocked to see that (my) blood pressure is soaring in the morning when I awake. I would have thought the opposite.
To: sinkspur
I would surmise from your comments that you haven't been following the threads, or the evidence and testimony in this case.
Most likely, I would guess, you have seen clips in the newspaper or on TV or maybe Court TV.
If that is the case, it wouldn't help for me to even begin to bring you up to speed on things, and would probably end up being a huge waste of time.
You misinterpreted what was said and the point being made. Your conclusions are totally amiss. I would ask that you refrain from calling people names, as that is causing quite a problem on these threads.
It is not necessary and demonstrates mainly a lack of intelligence on your part.

I think today was a busted day for Dusek. Feldman really made the expert anthropologist look like a baffoon. Especially when he said she'd died about the middle of JANUARY! (For heaven's sake, why didn't Dusek give the man the facts in the case?)
My husband likes his George Forman grill, but I think the burgers look like they were boiled, instead of fried. Give me the ol'frying pan method any day. LOL

The answer is just too easy.

Someone on the CTV bb, shortly after the trial started, said they took a trip to the recovery site & reported there is "no way a huge RV" could have gotten in there. It would have to have been a small car or bike. The guy today testified he paced the spot from the road and it was 12 paces. The RV or car didn't need to leave the road.

Remember when CJ's had the California Roast Beef, with Ortega Chiles? That was my Fav. When my kids were little they used to call it Happy Stars.

The answer is just too easy. Whaaa? Are you going to keep the ultimate answer to blood pressure away from me? :)
To: VRWC_minion
But the body was drug from the NORTH of the recovery site. Why park on the paved road, drag the body up the incline to the north & drag it back down to the clump of trees?
Remember, THE BODY WAS DRUG FROM THE TOP, WHICH IS NORTH. Not east, from the paved road.

You know as I do there are several considerations going on.
(1) What does the PUBLIC think ? (Guilty, not guilty)
(2)What will the JURY DECIDE?
I don't think one has much to do with the other, and in the end, only #2 counts for anything at all.
Since I am not on the jury, have not had controlled access to the info, have not had exposure to ALL of the info they did see/hear, and am not under instructions by the court as to what I am allowed to consider and how, I don't have a clue as to HOW the JURY will end up deciding.
I think, at this point, you might as well toss a coin. Probably be just as accurate as anyone's opinion.

If it's the middle of the night and under cover of darkness, he can see no traffic coming in either direction,It isn't unusual for an RV to be pulled over on road at night. If there was even a partial shoulder he would have had time without any one thinking much of it. Not like a car where someone might think they are in trouble and stop to help.
To: cyncooper
I hadn't heard that, just people that go to CA to vacation always say "if you go to CA you have to go to In-N-Out".Add: In SoCal go to El Pollo Loco, Super Mex, Rubio's, and Whahoo's. El Pollo Loco started in Mexico, but is "American" now. The other three are SoCal based; the latter two based mainly on fish tacos.
As a SoCal native, Mexican "style" food is my favorite diet. Mix them up. Cal-Mex; Tex-Mex; Mex-Mex, Surf-Mex...just hurry up and serve!! How about Arizona-Mex?

I've followed this thread.
Your condescending attitude can only indicate one thing: you've got mountains of pornography in your house.
To: UCANSEE2
I haven't factored the porn in at all as having any weight in my opinion that Westerfield is guilty.
To: the Deejay
Okay, you have weird taste buds! LOL!!
That was my take, but I want to read the transcripts. I did catch the part where he had her dying in January.. Just like her DNA, she didn't exist. LOL!

Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), SDRAM memory, many Programmable Integrated Circuits (PIC) chips, several embedded CPU support chips are sensitive to magnetic fields and degaussing. Unshielded electronic alarm systems with programmable settings and memory of activity would obviously be sensitive to high gauss fields such as a child's magnet. Is this what happens when K-Mart-Wal-Mart take the CD or DVD you have just purchased run it across there magnet, you get home and there is nothing on it?

The RV or car didn't need to leave the road. DId you miss the information given that it would appear the body was drug from the NORTH , which is the opposite of the road?
To: BunnySlippers
I didn't realize that there wa BOTH blood on his jacket as well as blood or blood like subtance in RV. Where on the jacket ?
