Does anyone know whatever happened to his allegations on Hannity and Colmes one night where he said he had proof that Janet Reno was being blackmailed by the mob and by Clinton, and that there was proof that she had sex with a female prostitute?

He may be guilty, but I also feel that he didn't keep his mouth shut and was therefore banned from the "good 'ol boys club."

So many others have done worse, and nothing happened to them, so in a way, I admire him for his candor, even if he didn't vote to impeach Clinton -

Crime and corruption were ignored. Why?

Clinton/Gore set the standard.

Now Bush has set the new standard. What happends will be measured againt him, just as it was measured against the Clinton Administration.

Steve LaTourette (of the house judiciary committee?) seems to be doing a rather credible job of supporting the notion of delaying the vote... by all normal rational standards people would listen and vote to delay in my opinion, but since this is politics, I guess the principles of rationality do not apply...

The notion that Jim Traficant is somehow being singled out because he has spoken out for the "little guy" against a corrupt government is ludicrous.

Traficant is nothing more than a sad con artist. No amount of conspiracy theories or gnashing of teeth about the evils of big government change that one salient fact.

To be honest I dont know if he is guilty or not but one thing I agree with him on and I have had it happen.An X-FBI agent lied through his teeth in an investigation I was involved in and can swear to it anywhere anytime.
I really like the way most of them have a so called conscience and would like to know where it was during the Clinton ordeal.It should show you how important it is to make friends and influence enemies in Congress.Old Trafficant will bite the bullet tonight.
