Hefley is the chairman of the Ethics Committee.

His problem with Traficant is that Traficant is a convicted felon. Do you think convicted felons should be serving in Congress?

He actually had the gall to say that members of Congress do not have special perks and that they have to play by the rules.... like this pack of scumbags doesn't extract every little perk they can GET out of this country. THESE A$$HOLES MAKE ME SICK!!!!!!!
