No, duh. As I've stated time and time again, sex education is used as a "Free Pass" to have sex. It presents adult themes and situations to CHILDREN before their minds and bodies are ready to deal with it. It insites curiosity and experimentation. Obscenity laws are stupid. Especially now that every TV made since the 90's is equipped with filters, locks, and limits for parents. Maybe parents need to start taking responsibility for their kids.
