I guess it never occured to her that every person on death row has had a trial before a jury of his peers... with lawyers, evidence, and a chance to cross examine the witnesses, and endless apeals.

But not one aborted infant has had a trial, a lawyer, or had a chance to plead his case, nor even been accused of a crime.

The New York Times has abandoned any pretense of being a real paper. They want George Bush out and they are willing to do anything to make that happen.

Of course, since they are the source material for every other national news outlet, they will probably prevail. The American people are dumber and more dedicated to the Democrats for pocket change, than they were when the press was dedicated to getting rid of Reagan.
