Mr. Clinton agreed to appear on behalf of the former Dallas mayor despite the candidate's previous remarks that Texas was "probably not the best place for the president to begin his rehabilitation" after the sex scandal involving a White House intern. Yeah, that's what it was. A sex scandal. No perjury or obstruction of justice, no suborning perjury. Just sticking his, uh, nose in places it shouldn't be. < / sarcasm >
