lost opportunities in redistricting and recruiting.'' That comes under the heading of wishful thinking. The GOP solified its narrow majority in the house by gaining a couple of seats on balance in redistricting, but more importantly, due to the disappearance of swing districts. The recruiting thing failure is quite amusing. Given so few swing seats, recruiting failure in most cases has not been a problem. Still the GOP has an uphill battle in dumping Edwards. It probably will take a real heavyweight to upend him. Edwards is a very effective politician.

You are most welcome. I figured we could start giving these sites some must needed hits. RNC has a lot of information on the President and on the upcoming election. The other sites for the Senate and House are providing a lot of information on the upcoming election.

OH GEE! BUMMER! By reading the headline I thought it was a counter attack on the RAT'S: SLY AS A FOX ad! I still think those bastards stole the FOX motto from FR!

Wouldn't surprise me at all if they stole it!

I'm in Edward's district and the Waco television market. Chet Edwards is so entrenched I don't think we'll ever get rid of him. Will watch for this ad over the weekend. Anything specific you would like to know about it, or do you just want to verify it is running? Would you please add me to your ping list?

Thanks!
If you could give your reaction to the ad, it would be greatly appreciated.
I have added you to my ping list!

Great thread...please keep me on your ping list!

Here in Georgia hope dims that Max Cleland might lose his Senate seat. My opinion anyway, because Zell Miller has endorsed him in a television commercial. It's enough to make my hair hurt, watching the glowing accolades Miller dishes out....powerful, persuasive praise. Because of Miller's popularity with independents, conservatives, republicans, and swing voters, I think it's enough to guarantee a Cleland win, enough to overcome all the times Cleland has disappointed and embarrassed voters who supported him.
Bad news I hate to share, but that's how I see it.

Thanks for sharing that information. So much for Miller may walk across the aisle Freepers kept talking about. The person who called him zig zag Zell was right. I figured when the chips were down he would support cleland big time.
Maybe prayers will be answered and the GOP candidate will pull it off! Eternal optimist speaking here!

Thanks for adding me to your list, now let's hope the ad runs at the same time I have the tv on.
