I had to laugh when I read the above article. Clintoon is such a cheap scumbag. He really does think the world owes him a favor and a living.
I was also reminded of what James 'the serpent' carville once said about Paula Jones, to rephrase it:
"Whall, if y'all was ta drag a few hunard dollar bills through Chapaqua, ya never know what type a white trash yoor gonna cum up with"

The grifter will never change his spots.
Cheap is as cheap does.

I thought Hussler or Playboy was only four or five bucks an issue. That and some cheap WalMart frames wouldn't break X42 up.

The Clintons used to order left-overs from State dinners be delivered to the White House so they didn't have to pay for food out of their annual allowance.

Hillary would also donate their used underwear to charity and write it off on their taxes.

Who the hell thinks they can get $6000 for a velvet Elvis anyway?

DIRT ex-POTUS is running a "donate money for Africans with STDs" scam while trying to buy art in Manhattan's private market.
He really is lower than whale poop.

As Bill Clinton is a documented oral-anal, "around the world", sex practitioner, I suppose he is qualified to present at international conferences his (PER)version of safe sex, and meet a few new bimboes.
Chelsea must be proud, when not drunk.

Cheap is as cheap does.
As much as I hate Ole King Squirt, this could very well be a case of the dealer representing him trying to wiggle an extra $500 for himself on the deal....in fact, I'd bet on that.

... used to order left-overs from State dinners... Is this a put-on? Not that I'm suprised, its just I never heard it before.
What is it with democrats? Tom Foley stuffing airline food in to his briefcase...

Algore's suitcoat pockets were plastic-wrap lined to allow him to carry out leftover soup.

As I recall, he would claim that each pair of used underwear was worth $6 as a charitable donation. What a chiseler!

Heck, he can get one of the Playboy collections with just pictures, an X-Acto knife, and a roll of laminating plastic and have more than enough art for his home and office for about $20 total.
