I am surprised she testified about the drug use -- she should have refused to testify on the grounds it would incriminate her. So why did she? Strange.
But in the spirit of this crazy prosecution and the freeping treatment of it, of course I have two theories:
- She was paid to testify rather than take the fifth.
- Drug use is so normal and everday to her, that she was blissfully ignorant of the ramifications of her testimony.

Obviously, Denise is not very bright, and she just likes to talk.
A freeper mentioned the day she testified that she should consider herself an ex-airline employee after admitting that she used drugs.

Drug use is so normal and everday to her, that she was blissfully ignorant of the ramifications of her testimony. I'll bet she reasoned that since she was obliged to disclose it under these circumstances, that it wouldn't matter. OIOW, the company wouldn't enforce its policy. Surprise, Denise.

Strange.I don't think you have the option of selectively refusing to answer questions on the stand. You either have to invoke the Fifth universally on every single question they ask you, or not invoke it at all. The moment you answer question one, you've waived your right.

3. Despite the fact that she is a marijuana smoker, she has the integrity to testify truthfully on the witness stand.
