I just don't have words to describe Ann. It is almost as if her being attractive' in the popular sense can almost detract from her fabulous, and I mean brilliant, quick, direct and targeted, mind. I cannot WAIT to read her book.
Not too long ago I drove to Earlham College-about 70 miles from where I live-to hear her speak. I was amazed that she was even willing to speak at such a conservative campus. She was terrific-and I was able to speak with her ever so briefly backstage after her speech.
She is one of my heros (heroines? hehe). Ann is NOT AFRAID to tell it like it is, stands up for what she writes and speaks with great wit, biting sarcasm and true grit. She is the essense of a steel magnolia. And a good role model for young women.
Like Ward Connerly, Thomas Clarance, Rev Jesse P.-whom I truly love, Judge Royce C Lamberth, David Schippers and our President and other good, good people are, Ann is riding into the sunlight as someone who stays the course. I respect that. Remember Barbara Olson, Freeper BKO? She was the same. I miss Barbara Olson, often, and am so glad Ann is right there-moving in the same direction as Barbara did, with the same targets and the same heart.
Conservative woman RULE! hehe
