I have two Browning P-35 High Power's; one has the old round toogle hammer, it has had only 10 rounds fired through it.
The other newer (1973) one has been fired much more, it has Pachmayr grips, A Mirco adjustable rear sight, a trigger shoe and some ramp work.
They are my favorite large frame autoloaders. I sold all of my 45 ACP hand guns.

I had no idea the 9th was NFPD, but just happened to go looking that day to see if there were any deals in town. Turned up a couple, thought about them overnight, and bought 'nother handgun yesterday!
Could that "itch" I felt the 9th have been divinely inspired?
Btw, I'm the proud new owner of a Taurus 85 snubby!

Boy isn't getting those things a hassle. Sheesh. We've been looking for a couple years now too. It's the shipping that kills ya. And we have such a small house we can't get one of the big ones.

Hey, at least I went looking, only to find that Browning isn't making the Hi-Power anymore. FN is still producing, but try to find one! Any FReepers have experience with the FEG Hi-Power clone? If you have any questions about Hi-Powers, call Cylinder and Slide in Nebraska... They're #1 when it comes to that handgun.
