12:57PM Halliburton responds to Judicial Watch lawsuit (HAL) by Michael Baron Halliburton (HAL) is off 30 cents, or 2.1 percent, to $13.82, in midday action. The company is out with a press release responding to a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a Washington, D.C.-based legal watchdog group. The suit alleges fraudulent accounting practices at Halliburton took place during the period when current vice president Dick Cheney served as its chairman and CEO. Halliburton called the claims in the suit, "untrue, unsupported, and unfounded." The company continued: "We are working diligently with the SEC to resolve its questions regarding the company's accounting procedures. Halliburton has always followed and will continue to follow guidelines established by the SEC and GAAP, General Accepted Accounting Principles."

I'm not all talk...I'm all action. And yes, I have been getting my money back since 1996. I just put a letter of attachment to the "return" claiming that the "return" is not file "voluntarily" and nor do I authorize an "account" with the IRS or waive my Constitutional Rights. It has worked and I have not received one rebuttal from them.

Sorry, I only know some about the big shots, like Capone, Ghotti, Anastasia, Luciano, etc.
Jewish Organized crime was pretty inter-related with the Italian stuff. Arnold Rothstein is considered by many to be the father of organized crime in America. You know that Bugsy Segall was Jewish and not Italian?

I never saw it. I remember some show, maybe SNL, that used Ken and Barbie as actors. The skits usually ended with Ken flushing Barbie down the toilet. I had no idea they were married. That changes everything.

No, no, no. Barbie is the epitome of the Modern Feminist. Haven't you seen all her different careers, her townhouse, her penthouse, her convertible....Barbie has "all the stuff" because she has a really cool job and she doesn't have a husband or kids.

I'll bet you have those dolls made out of straw. And you have those six inch needles you use when you get in a bad mood.
Right?

Ask me just about anything concerning the mob, as in traditional Italian-American organized crime. I will see if I can answer it. You know Little Nicky

is Barbie REALLY good-looking? Well, sure.
There. I contributed.

Well, Irish-Organized Crime came before Jewish Organized crime and Italians worked with the Jews before they grew powerful on their own through boot-legging.

Sorry, I only know some about the big shots, like Capone, Ghotti, Anastasia, Luciano, etc. Ah, you should have stopped when I begged you to.
It's GOTTI. And Bruce Cutler was HIS attorney.
And Gotti was the "Boss of Bosses" and lived in New York City.
Anybody who has a "good knowledge" of the mob would know those facts even if they didn't know a thing about the mob/mafia.

The problem with mayonaise on the furniture is, a summer with no air conditioning. Just add vinegar, I guess!

You mean Nicky Scarfo? Wasn't he out in Philly, doing business there?
To: Fred Mertz
Actually, on the subject of Barbie (and that subject only) I agree with Howlin. And believe me, I am the chief of haters of feminism. I think feminism, along with its causes, is the base evil in the world.

Didn't Bruce Cutler represent Ms. Arkansas in the Clinton Stories?
