Good...except why should he have to join or pay union dues at all.

NEA/CTA which reportedly espoused differing views on issues such as life, family and marriage. They sure do!!! They support everything that destroyes life, family, marriage, and they teach it to Americas children, too.
Support school choice. Parents shouldn't have to support the NEA/CTA either.

The Evergreen Freedom Foundation successfully prosecuted a case against a northwestern state's NEA for $800,000 in mismanaged funds that went to causes not supported by their union members. These people are bulldogs!
Stop by their website and check them out. They are a determined and effective voice for conservative parents and children.

"Section 701J of Title VII requires that employers accommodate an employee's religious conviction against paying union dues by allowing them to divert the dues to a charity."Learning this almost makes me wish I was eligible to join a union ... so what are the odds this will become highly publicised in the mainstream media?
