Bizarre

No kidding!

I read about Westerfield and the parents but all I can think of is the horror that little girl met right before she died. May whoever harmed this child or any other child rot in hell.

"all I can think of is the horror that little girl met right before she died"

What is that horror you have imagined?

So we have possible perjury on the part of Brenda? Say it can't be so. The idea that she had an average looking neighbor that was interested, but she wasn't interested, never sat well with me. I'll bet there was a lot more than dirty dancing going on between the two of them. I think there's a whole other world we haven't tapped into yet.

The defense contends that Danielle's mother could have transferred physical evidence to the man accused of kidnapping and killing her daughter...

Danielle's hair, blood and fingerprints were found in Westerfield's motor home and a spot of her blood was detected on a jacket he took to a dry cleaner two days after she was reported missing, according to testimony at trial.

Granted, the mother is a "you-know-what", but this defense is lunacy, given the type of evidence provided, especially the fingerprints.

What is that horror you have imagined?

I know a couple that had their daughter abducted and murdered. That same couple started a foundation to search for lost and abducted children. They were part of the group that looked for Danielle van Dam's body out in CA.

I've been involved in looking for missing kids in our area and I know what heppened to my friend's child and other children. How they were butchered. So, I can imagine the horror this kid experienced.

So, if I did not make myself clear my point is that when I read about the parents and the person that supposedly killed the child about all I can think about is the child and what someone did to another innocent kid.

Get it?

The witness was not credible, and her testimony has been contradicted by virtually every other person called to testify about the events at Dad's on the night Danielle disappeared.

Since Westerfield was not wearing the bloody jacket at Dad's, the jury is apparently being asked to infer that Danielle's blood was transferred to her mother, then from her mother to the defendant on the dance floor, and then from the defendant to his jacket and to the carpeting of his motorhome.

You can imagine a person can do anything. You can imagine absolutely horrid things that happened to the little Danielle.

But what did happen to her is unknown. And who killed her, if she was indeed killed is unknown.

Who do you want to hang for your fantasies?

You lost me there. You think she maybe died of old age?

You know what's even weirder? That Westerfield has somehow managed to enter an "innocent" plea, which no other court in the land will accept on grounds of nonexistence.

Cause of death has not been established.

if she was indeed killed

The support for David Westerfield found here has surprised me. But, this is the stupidest thing I've heard yet.

Fantasies? Strange word bud.

So, she was not killed by someone? She just happened to be in the state she was found by accident? I doubt it. Someone killed her and I hope they rot in hell.

Stupid? Look in a mirror.

To repeat for your deaf ears: The cause of death could not be determined. Homicide is suspected, but NOT certain.

Yeah. Your fantasies. The ones you already told us about. Your active imagination of how Danielle died.

Those fantasies.

Who knows how she died? None of us. Maybe nobody.
