The guy had mens' wigs, binoculars, cameras, video camera and tapes. He didn't have a green card and is a suspected terrorist. Breaking now on Fox News Channel

INS chief Ziglar declared that he is not interested in enforcing the immigration laws or expending resourced tracking down illegals already here. Seems that he is not really right for this job considering the dangerous times.

No joke. It kind of makes me wonder that the INS caught him. They can't find their butts with both hands and a flashlight. Maybe the FBI (which isn't much better) caught the guy and handed him over to the INS for a lot of money or good sex or something.
