"This guy was not a part of a terrorist organization; therefore it was not an act of terrorism..."I don't see how you could possibly know he did not belong to a terrorist organization. He smells of Egyptian Jihad. Just because Mayor Hahn, Gov. Davis, the FBI and Ari Fleischer won't tell you it was terrorism doesn't mean a thing.
Also, whatever happened to the reports of one or two others being arrested in conjunction with the attack? What about the reports of bomb-sniffing dogs hitting on his car and apartment? What about the FBI watch list? What about the reasons for the INS denying his request for permanent residency? On and on go the questions, but the "authorities" have no answers.
Obviously nothing to see here, please move along.

Why was he scheduled for deportation? DEPORTATION! And who else got picked up at the airport? Funny, there's zero news about that one. The only excuse one might make for the FBI is they're staying mum because they don't want to tip off others they are investigating. Let's hope they're digging very deep.

I myself believe that any act that is intended to cause terror is a terrorist act.
Bureaucrats, however think differently.
I have no way of knowing if he was a member of any organization or not. I do know that I can believe little of what is reported by our news media or our bureaucrats.
I also don’t jump to conclusions. Right now it appears to be the act of one nutcase acting on his own - but influenced by radicals.
Are we to consider every act of violence committed by an Arab a terrorist act? Was the American who shot up a daycare center in California some time ago a terrorist, or a lone nutcase? He did target a Jewish center.
