You may not see many athletes following Atkins by name, but most of the aforementioned bodybuilding community follow a diet that's structured (High protein and fat, lo carb,) along the same lines.I defy you to find any famous bodybuider who follows anything close to the Atkins Diet. Their diets are strictly regimented - like myself, they believe that protein, and not fat/carbs are paramount. Atkins is for the (scrawny) birds...
Sorry, but fats are important to bodybuilders. Carbs are less important (particulalry to the real bodybuilders, those who do so naturally)
