OK I have figured out the DMW, SDSU, MH, SCOTUS, etc. but so far I haven't figured out the LEAs ;-)

LE = Law enforcement, i.e. the police department

LEA(s) = Law enforcement agent(s), i.e. individual members of LEs. LEAs could also refer to law enforcement agencies when more than on LE is involved.
