The funny thing here is that not only does the Union pay the $800k, but that the members of the union will have to cough up the $800k via their monthly deductions. They can say adios to that money, which will have no value. I think the NEA better come up with some good explainations as to how it deserved a $800k fine.

NOOOOO...Evergreen has nothing to do with the EPA - (Washington, the State - where it is, is the "Evergreen" state....)it's run by a former State Rep (I think) who knows his way around budgets and is VERY GOOD at what he does - supporting FREEDOM......they have a web page, I think it is eff.org (Evergreen Freedom Foundation)

The word "freedom" lends more meaning to their name than the word "evergreen," which simply means they are from a part of the country with a lot of pine trees. Have you visited their website yet?
