I agree with where you are headed with this.

I posted on a differnt thread that it seems to me that the prosecution witnesses were each assured that the LE had solid evidence that DW was their man. That they needed each prosecution witness to just add another nail to his coffin.

But when it came down to it, each witness was left flailing on his/her own, and Feldman and Boyce were only to happy to nail a few hides to the wall.

Maybe because of the time constraints, LE believed that they would run into that big pile of convicting evidence. IMO, they never did. But it's also horrifying to think about the state going for the death penalty in a case where they don't even have convicting evidence!

How did Feldman know that info was going to be in Keenes notes?.....Keene wouldn't have let it be known to him, would he? (didn't hinder the states motivation, but allowed the truth to be told thru the defense?)

In California, notes are discoverable and defense will routinely ask for them in discovery. Many times PD notes seem to be lost or destroyed before defense can get to see them. My guess is Defense got the notes after the prelim thus the questions now and not before.

On other note, the picture today showing DW not sweating and Keene with gloves...makes me wonder why Parga and Keeene left the fact that they were wearing glove out of their reports until the last minute of pre-trial motions..could it be they became aware of the photograph, thus locked into wearing them?

I dont have one but according to news article at new link Feldman was just given the photo...like I said before its a gave of hide the ball...if he had it it might have helped in pretrial motions...

You must be trying to start some something. I read these posts every day after work. I've only posted a couple of times, mainly it is for information on the pros and cons of the case. Your input is valuable as is Kims input. This would be very very boring thread if us readers only got to view one side of the trial.

We who cannot hear or see the trial rely on this thread. Whether it be someone for DW or against DW, it matters not to us, lets see both sides of the trial. I look forward to reading your views and the others equally.
