The nation's capital of late has been riveted by a war--not the one between the U.S. and its terrorist enemies but the struggle over the first big Pentagon weapons program to be targeted for extinction by the Bush administration.

At issue is the Army's controversial $11 billion Crusader gun--a monstrous self-propelled cannon conceived eight years ago in the heady days following America's heavy armor triumph in the Persian Gulf War.

the huge weapon has had the backing of the Army high command from Chief of Staff Gen. Eric Shinseki

This is the same idiot who decided that allowing ALL soldiers to wear the coveted black beret was the key to increasing morale.

Heard this on the radio the other day and I just had to get it! Brought back a lot of memories of good times past and what it was like for some people who “played that street life.” If you’re into to “old school” music, real music, then this is a great song to add to your collection.
