Now that the decision of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to ban "under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance has been protested all over the landscape, perhaps we might step back and consider the broader implications of the fact that such a decision could have been made in the first place.

Great article, there has been altogether to much "bench Legislated laws" in America in the last 50 years. And some really stupid Legislated laws, too.
