IF you watch enough TV, you will see that the governor's race is showing a little life -- at least a little dueling-commercials life.
Gov. Gray Davis and his Republican opponent, investor Bill Simon, have rolled out some new campaign ads that present California voters with this enticing choice: a rotten, money-grubbing governor or a rotten, money-losing businessman.
