Bush needs to ease up on drinking laws in america....sort of a good will gesture after reinvigorating the war on drugs.

Of course not. Only republicans can't drink. It's okay for dems to go out and have thier breast pop out of thier halter top while on the dance floor, though. (See The Star a couple of weeks ago. I don't have it handy to quote, but that is one of Chelseas drunken exploits while in a london night club recently.)

It's the media getting even for being left out of the loop at this week's summit in Canada. They (unnamed sources) said Bush would pay dearly for this.
