CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES:  In a victory for parents and our nation's children, the United States Supreme Court ruled today that to allow public money (your taxes) to underwrite tuition at private schools is not un-Constitutional.  This is very good news for our children, especially the inner-city kids who are trapped in failing schools.  It's time parents had a choice regarding their child's education - the USSC has agreed.

VETERANS/MILITARY INTEREST:   While the vacation season is in full swing, the medical care theme is TRICARE while traveling. According to TRICARE officials, many times claims are denied for care received out of the local area because qualified recipients are unaware of the claims procedures.
