It's not just the judges of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals who are confused about "God" in our public schools. We are receiving a wide range of conflicting responses.

Please read Congressman Ron Paul's concise statement on this issue. Dr. Paul makes the important point that the First Amendment "...does not bar religious expression in public settings...it expressly forbids federal interference in the free expression of religion."

The judge of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals are guilty of just such interference. The last 50 years have seen the meaning of the First Amendment turned upside down.

Welfare is good. Bush is bad. Gore is good. Corporations are bad. Government is good. Babies are bad. Abortion is good. Marriage is bad. Homosexuality is good. Good is bad. Evil is good. Truth is a right wing conspiracy (bad). Bearing false witness about Republicans is good...etc.
