The Ninth District Quart, in a landmark decision, has outlawed the use of the word (G*D)in swearwords. The U S Senate disapproved of the decision 50 3/4 to 49 along party lines.

The Ten Commandants already did that. However these judges were for the most part appointed by the Carter and Clinton administrations.
Call your congressmen and senators to get the democrats to stop thwarting Bush's nominees, we need new and honest judges. These liberal idiots in the Ninth Circuit, should be impeached!

The back-biters on the Ninth District Circuit Court certainly do seem to have an agenda, all right.
Wonder if they know themselves what it is? Their pronouncements closely resemble the mutterings of senility long past.

Ninth Circuit Court implores the states of Kalifornia, Oregon and Washington to make a Department of anti-GOD. One of the functions of the new department will be to field a paramilitary SWAT team, complete with wiretaps and microphones to stop people from uttering GOD during nocturnal activities. Exceptions will be made for same-sex and inter-species relationships.

The Ninth Circuit Court is a controversial court. How controversial? Heard on FoxNews yesterday, that in a recent year 29 of 30 decisions were overturned by the SCOTUS. I wonder what qualifies a court to be termed a Rogue Court.
