The 9th Circuit is so out of touch with reality and the American people it's a good thing there's a higher body than them. The Supreme Court usually overturns their wacky decisions, and will on this flag decision too.

Everyone should turn on C-SPAN and watch the Senate Democrats attempt to cover their behinds on this. One after another got up and were shocked, shocked that the 9th Circuit could issue such a ruling, as if out of a clear blue sky with no precedent. They are reaping what they have sewn and Republicans should take this opportunity to retake the Senate, with a solid majority, and increase their control of the House. This is our golden opportunity. Bush should be saying, OK, if the Democrats in the Senate would have allowed some of our judges to be confirmed, it might restore some balance to a seriously out of whack -- and whacked out -- appellate court system.
