You're ignoring non-monotheistic religions, religions who believe that the word "God" is sacred and should not be spelled out and religions that believe that the name "God" should only be used in specific circumstances and is not something to be trivialized by inserting it into a mundane pledge or stamping it onto paper currency.

This ruling seems to benefit only the atheists...This needs to be analyzed very carefully, because it's a very good point. The only people being allowed their freedom of religion under this ruling are atheists. But they are only entitled to freedom of religion if atheism is a religion. In which case, we are making atheism the established religion of the US. And we run around in circles that way.

This ruling seems to benefit only the atheists...And other groups. Like those who don't want governments telling them what their children must pledge alliegience to. It also benefits those who use it as another example of why government schools should be abolished.
