Had the discussion several weeks ago that no place in the Constitution did it say "separation of Church and State"

Well, as a quick aside, neither will you find the words "right to a fair trial" or "right to privacy"

There are so many catch phrases that I found out by researching that are not in the Constitution. But I cannot believe a Circuit Court used a catch phrase to base their case on and not the Constitution.

Thats because rights ARE NOT ENUMERATED, powers GIVEN TO the government MUST BE enumerated and exacting.

That short lesson in Constitutional law is FREE. Pass it along.
