Had the discussion several weeks ago that no place in the Constitution did it say "separation of Church and State" Well, as a quick aside, neither will you find the words "right to a fair trial" or "right to privacy"
There are so many catch phrases that I found out by researching that are not in the Constitution. But I cannot believe a Circuit Court used a catch phrase to base their case on and not the Constitution.

Thats because rights ARE NOT ENUMERATED, powers GIVEN TO the government MUST BE enumerated and exacting.
