[history]
News that Environmental Protection Agency administrator Christine Todd Whitman was unaware that her agency had released a potentially explosive report contradicting President Bush's position on global warming was shocking to some, but hardly a surprise. Her latest embarrassment is part of an emerging pattern at EPA, suggesting not isolated cases of internal miscommunication, but a campaign of political sabotage, waged by ideologues within, to undermine both Mrs. Whitman and the Bush administration.

Every, yes, I mean
every enviromental agency idea comes from the United Nations. Nixon was just stupid enough to force it upon America
"Agenda 21" is a UN designed program. Our National Park system works UN guidlines and their AUTHORITY.
The problem is that 1 in a 100 people know this kind of thing because our deceitful elected officials in Washington want the "credit" for proposing these programs. Which one of the sorry bastards do you know has a background in the enviroment. NONE, that's how many.
Do you really think our bureaucrats are intellectuals? They can't figure out which way is North without a compass.

So if Mrs. Whitman can't or won't tame the tiger, and impose some order and discipline on her rogue EPA underlings, than perhaps it is time for the White House to bring in someone who can. It won't make any difference who they place in there ~ until Congress defunds and revokes the charter for the EPA it will still be a huge pile of enviralist weenies who think their excrement don't stink but who are in reality suffocating us all with their abominable stench.
WRT the Arsenic limits ~ I got called by a canvasser for CleanWaterAction.org and she was very proud of the fact that they (CWA) had played a major part in implementing those regs under this administration. While I was initially polite in discussing that with her, and pointing out that the exorbitant costs amount to spending in excess of $100Million per 'life' saved per year, my further comments shall remain censored so I can stay here and learn. (But it was fun).
Thanks for the ping, madfly.

Did you fire your Glock off into the air to give this POS a little more incentive to get off of your land in a faster mode?
What the hell was this little SS agent doing trespassing on your property?

he wanted me to sign a roadless designation petition. i read the petition/initiative
handed it back and informed him that
that dog can make it to the end of the drive
in less than 10 seconds... here, i'll show you.
i recon he decided my signature wasn't all that important.

Like me yesterday at the farmers market one of these skanks came up and tried to get me to sign a petition to save trees and put farmers and vineyard owners out of business.
I told her that she too would be hated like the envirals and club sierra whackos in the fire areas. After a couple of choice other words, she scurried away. I couldn't believe the people signing the petition thinking that they were doing something good.

The first action Mrs Whitman should take is to fire everyone who joined the EPA between 1992 and 2000. That would at least clean out most of the Clinton/Carol Browner extremist appointees.

The other day my husband and I were sitting on our porch and I happened to see an unusual looking "thing." It was somekind of white wormy thingy about as thick as a piece of thread, approximately three inches long, and it moved like a snake. I sure would have liked to have found out what it was, but didn't want my land confiscated because some environmentalist declared my property a endangered species habitat.
Smooish. End of that problem. {;o)

Yep, when confronted by something like that: whack it with a shovel, use the shovel to dig a deep hole, use the shovel to pick it up and deposit it in the hole, and then use the shovel to bury it.
Then never tell anyone what happened or what you even think that you saw.

I would have kept the petition, giving it to the dog and told him to try and take it away from him.
