WASHINGTON, June 25 (UPI) -- Candle-lite of Cincinnati is voluntarily recalling about 80,000 ceramic potpourri simmering pots sold under the Martha Stewart Everyday Brand because flames from tea light candles can flare out the side of ventilation holes, possibly burning consumers.

The company had received nine reports of tea lights overheating and one report of a consumer suffering minor burns while trying to extinguish a tea light, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Tuesday.

The recalled potpourri simmering pots are six-sided, white ceramic, three- piece units about 6 inches tall. The base holds the tea light candleholder and the pot is placed on the base to heat the potpourri and water mixture.

The Chinese-made pots were sold at Kmart stores from September 2001 through March 2002 for about $5.

Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the pots and contact Candle- lite at 800 718-7151 or candle-lite.com for a refund.

In a separate action, Mountain Safety Research of Seattle, Wash., recalled about 9,700 cans of white gasoline stove fuel because corrosion can cause the metal an to leak, posing a fire or injury hazard.

Mountain Safety Research had received reports of 20 leaking fuel cans, but no injuries were reported.

The recalled includes MSR White Premium Stove Fuel packaged in red metal cans.

The batch number 2003-2 is printed on the lower front of the can along with the words "MSR ... White Gas" and "1 Quart'.95 Liter."

The stove fuel was sold at REI and other sporting goods stores nationwide from March 2002 to June 2002 for about $4 a can.

Customers should empty leaking cans immediately into an approved fuel container and contact Mountain Safety Research at 800 531-9531 to receive a replacement fuel container.

All clear indicators that democrats were the most likely buyers of these pots.......

These TYPES of pots have been around for ages, and some brands have been recalled before. The only thing newsworthy here is the name Martha Stewart. Opportunistic journalism. Ignore this garbage. It's totally unrelated to her current problems.

You know, I almost feel sorry for her, almost....

And then I remember that she held a Clinton fundraiser and was going to feature him in her magazine until she found out that he admitted to the Monica thing and that this Wall Street scandal forced her to cancel a fundraiser for Rat senate candidates.

Then I do not feel sorry. Instead I think, "It's a good thing."

Hillary-sycophant Martha made the mistake of not only being a successful evil capitalist but of also being a big Bill and Hill donor. The far left will bring her down for these reasons. She's not leftist enough for them! Same reasons the Seattle-riot bunch, Robert Reich and others who split with the Clintoons because even they are not radical enough for them. Martha's few defenders will be the Hill/Bill gang, wait and see.

Will this do?

Get them while they're hot, and before they're recalled for explosive deweaving, or something...
