That's an understatement. I don't recall an administration that's done so much waffling, flip-flopping, and flat out ignoring major problems in my life.

The reason why immigration is always a touchy subject for politicians is two fold. First off their scared to death of alienating any potential future voters and second is that immigration is America's sacred cow. Our entire history is steeped in immigration, it has always been described as our lifes blood and if we stopped or regulated it to much it would be un-American. To many people have been weaned on that "give me your tired, huddled masses" crap. The unfortunate thing about it all depending on one's perspective is that America has never, ever been a welcoming country to outsiders. Every new wave of immigrants in the past has had to come here and take their lumps. A kind of rite of passage in a sense. Social pressures in the past have kept the masses assimilating. Ever since the civil rights events of the sixties, those social pressures are now for the most part illegal and so we get what we have here today. Multicultis have no clue when it comes to human nature and what makes people tick. Don't look for that to change anytime soon. Just remember, people like Hull are better than you because they care so much.
