Palestinian President Yasser Arafat said yesterday he now accepts the peace plan put forward 18 months ago by President Clinton It is odd how the Palestinians always miss the train. Punctuality simply isn't their strong suit.

A better plan:
1.Move U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem.
2.Reclaim the West Bank and Gaza strip.
3.Remove Arafat and his cohorts.
4.Pound into oblivion anyone who attacks Israel.
5. Let the Arab nations take their brothers, the palis back, which is where they camy from in the first place.
