He's speaking the truth. I wish I could vote for him.

Mr. Tancredo is slowly building a a strong following in the country, and the Republican establishment who refuse to listen to the population on the very important issue of immigration best be paying attention.

The next time I get a fund-raising letter from the RNC, I think I'll donate to Mr. Tancredo's campaign instead, especially if he's running in the next presidential primary.
Also, he was just on Lee Rodgers' show and mentioned that he had a petition at his web site to put the military on the borders.

Wish I could hear it.
Sean's show was preempted here for the Cardinal's game.

It will be interesting to see if he keeps his term limit pledge in 2004.

Not only that, Tancredo just released a
press report that the White House is so inundated with e-mails demanding troops on the border it overwhelmed the system. But is Bush listening? Does he care what the people want?

Maybe by then he'll be thinking of a presidential run. Certainly hope so, he's got my vote and as much financial support I can give.

I wish I could vote for him.Unfortunately he pledged before his first term to only run 3 terms, which would give you but one opportunity to vote. Hopefully, like JC Watts who made a similar pledge in 1994, he'll let the voters decide on the importance of that pledge.
