2. The Cause---Mexican government.
3. The Effect---People vote with their feet and go look elsewhere for a better life.
4. The Solution Pt. 1---Stop any foreign aid to Mexico, use money to fund and increase Border Patrol. Attack the current interpretation of the XIV Amendment and eliminate anchor babies. Prosecute US employers that knowingly hire illegals. Stop welfare for illegals, emergency medical service and bus ticket home. Shut down all Taco Bells, the Mexican phone company has no business having that many outlets in the US.
