I disagree completely, for the reasons in my previous post. Then again, I'm not a LEO, and have no training in such matters. I'm just going on what makes sense to me. I'm sure the SLC Police and the FBI do have all the identification information that each witness can supply. If it doesn't happen to include a sketch, it's because they didn't see the face.

Or didn't need one because they already had a pic or a name and knew who they were dealing with already.
