What rights does he have while here? Does he get a lawyer for free? If they are not citizens of the USA do they still have ALL the same rights as Citizen?

I'm pretty sure that these people have the same rights while they are here. As to my own opinion, I'm not sure if that is the correct policy or not, I have heard (and made) thoughtful arguments on both sides.

Can you change the title of this to "Muslim Man Charged With Rape Of 11 Yr Old In Florida?" I believe this thread needs to be looked at more because I am very well familiar of this guy and his past and family connections. This is not a story to be buried. Thanks.

thanks for the reply...It sounds like he can pay for it himself. If the facts lead to him being a member of a cell then I do not think he should have the same rights as a citizen. (just seems logical to me) If he is against America why should we give him anything.

I wonder if the media will pick this up at all. if so, there is no doubt where this rapest/cell connection came from...we read it first on FR!
