My trophy wife has just made her claim on me. She is off work today, which means when she needs me to do yucky yard stuff, I go do yucky yard stuff.

Take care and keep doing the great job.

One suggestion that isn't being done (may have missed it) let your ping lists know about the thon and have them let their ping lists know about it. That seems to be a very effective way to get to some people. We did that last winter and the pledges really shot up. Friday and Saturday are critical days to do this as the working people come on board Friday evening and Saturday morning.

Poppies don't grow wild in Massachusetts and I don't think I've seen yellow/gold ones.   I love them, they are so exotic looking.   I am supposed to be planting about ten pounds (!) of creeping phlox that my neighbor gave me this afternoon, but I couldn't finish it before the rain started so I'm stuck inside hoping the rain will pass.

And since I'm a regular monthly money contributor to FR, I can just sit back and relax.
