Matthew Lewis

Matt Lewis is the Director of The Leadership Institute's Grassroots Activist School. The Institute specializes in identifying, recruiting, training, and placing conservatives in the public policy process. Matt has trained thousands of candidates and activists all across the nation to win.

Prior to joining the Institute, Matt worked as a consultant for twenty-six-year-old Alex Mooney helping him become the youngest Republican ever elected to the Maryland State Senate.

Since then, Matt has consulted on several races, and worked with a fundraising firm that raised money for Rick Lazio?s Senate Campaign.

In 2000, Matt served as a judge for the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) "Pollie" Awards. He currently lectures for numerous organizations, including the RNC's Campaign Management College and Regent University.

In 2002, Campaigns & Elections Magazine selected Matt as a Rising Star of Politics.

Matt grew up in Maryland and graduated from Shepherd College in West Virginia, with a B.S. degree in political science.

Last weekend my friends and I took the Grassroots Leadership Training Course. If you are running for elective office or you are a Campaign Manager or an activist helping to get someone elected this is the course for you. I have been to many lectures and seminars and in my opinion these people know how to transfer their knowledge to those taking the class. We received wonderful information. The cost is nominal for the value received. There is no doubt in my mind that if you follow what you are being taught you will win any election you are involved in.
