I'm starting to think that poor Danielle was run over by Damon. Damon and Brenda argued about Westerfield that night after Brenda dragged Barbra back down stairs. Brenda said that Danielle was (Daniel) Westerfield's. The kids woke up during the fight. A drunk , drugged Damon, stormed out of the house with little Danielle running behind pleading "Don't go Daddy, don't go" She was behind the car when he hit the gas. Lost her front teeth as her face hit the pavement. Damon and Brenda decided to point to Westerfield as they dumped the body to cover their "Life Style".

Westerfield is looking less and less guilty. I read the testimoney of his dirty pictures for hours last night, there is no "beef". His DNA would be very close to Danielle's in the motorhome. Brenda had been seeing him, probably been in the motorhome too. Also similar DNA.

It's all just another weird possibilty and lot's of good arguments against it. I'm sure I'll hear them.

Hey, we're not the only ones to notice the bias on Court TV.

We have learned there are just way too many people in this world who have no morals and by gosh, defend those who don't. Those anchors on CTV who are pitying the van Dams, shrugging their shoulders wondering what all the hype about "grown-up married couples group sex" is.. are the same ones who voted for Clinton. Figures.

I didn't understand the lines about two freashly painted volkswagon bumbers just inside Westerfields front door, in the testimony I read last night? Was that the lawyer trying to trick the cop into admitting that he'd never been there, or what?

Carried live on four local stations, and on cable's Court TV, the trial's pictures have been drawn in words, words like "sexual penetration" "putrefaction," "animal activity" and "decomposition" used in describing what might have happened to the body of 7-year-old Danielle van Dam before and after her death.

To many, the pictures, again drawn in words, of adults engaged in spouse-swapping, group sex and pot smoking have been nearly as repugnant.

If these two paragraphs, side by side, don't show in the clearest more graphic terms the cause and effect of what drug use and other disgusting (wife swapping) things can result in, I don't know what does.
