I wouldn't go to Brenda - someone who I wasn't really there with and say "What does he mean by that?" - unless...I thought part of the "we" he was talking about included Brenda.

I hate to bring this up cuz I don't remember it too clearly - but maybe one of you does. Early on in this case I saw John Walsh doing a brief interview on some TV show - it may have been O'Rielly or one of the other Fox News shows - anyway the host asked if it looked like DW was indeed a good suspect in the case - Walsh said yes - and the host wanted to know if there even were any other suspects - Walsh said they had looked at the two guys that were there that night and at first on of them lawyered up and refused to take a polygraph - but had since then taken the poly and he thought the issue surrounding the retaining of the lawyer was drugs or drug dealing. He implied that this guy was no longer a suspect. He even used the names Keith and Rich but was not too sure on which was which. Does anyone remember seeing this. Do you think all the guests were polygraphed?

Did you ever read any Joseph Waumbaugh? The Choir Boys? It's been twenty years since I read it, but I can see these characters right out of one of his novels: Brenda's "pulling the train", Damon talking about the three levels of erection, "choir boy meetings", etc. It would really be funny....if a lovely 7 year old girl wasn't dead.

Could Brenda being in the RV for a little DW have caused most of evidence there?

Was DW just the cleanup man?

He drove all over the place that weekend, why did the body end up along a busy city street?

Did BVD reject DW, wouldn't let him play in her sand box?

Do the DVs have a swinging website?

The DV's are still withholding important information????

My scenero was speculation about what Rich was posted as saying to DW and I forgot to add that to my post. I try not to make that mistake so hope it isn't to late to add here,IMO,to my previous post. It's possible Rich didn't say anything to DW. Maybe, it is just another rumor?

This Rich Brady has been reported to Little League Headquarters as an alleged drug dealer. he will not be coaching in Sabre Springs much longer.

Could someone please start a new thread? This one is becoming quite unwieldy. Perhaps we can leave all the infighting and personal insults behind? So immature and distracting!

If Danielle was not sexually assaulted - why would she have been left naked? I'm serious - are there any reasons to leave a body naked but still wearing identifiable jewelry? I'm thinking something along the lines of sending a message to someone - but what would that message be?

I wonder if they will splice in the technical testimony now and go back to the actors later?

I think the other swingers may be even more interesting.

First they don't or shouldn't have the luxury of sympathetic characters.

Secondly, they should have been looked upon with suspicion to begin with, IMO.

I wonder if all the swingset stories will add up to a full playground or one with missing pieces.

I haven't even begun to go through this thread yet, but I would like to ask a question. Does anyone believe DW will take to the stand?

Until today I would have doubted it, but now I think he will.

Today we saw Feldman ask questions about the record of Girl Scout Cookie sales and make a statement regarding reciepts for tax deduction purposes.

BVD said there was no record and the subject was dropped. I think there is a record and that it's a cancelled check, dated later than the tuesday BVD swore that she was sure they were there selling the cookies. Why would this be important, other than yet another impeachment of BVD's testimony? Because it may have been after Danielle got her hair cut. Hmmm? That would certainly negate the hair "length" evidence.

Wild speculation, I know, but you can bet Feldman had a purpose for this line of questioning.

Oh, almost forgot! About your original question about DW taking the stand. If my theory is correct, DW would have to testify to the writing of the check.

After finally getting to the end of this long thread...!! there are some impressions left after the last couple of days I'd like to add.

One is that neither Brenda nor Damon talk about "our" house/bedroom/children. It is always "my" house/bedroom/children. I believe those two have lost any kind of feeling beyond themselves, and seem to have created a cold environment void of any kind of genuine emotion. Their lack of emotion about Danielle and their preoccupation about appearance through the days after she disappeared, is IMO, the only reaction they can generate. The same cold, emotionless personality appears in their callous reaction to the fact that another woman was in bed with Damon in their house only feet from where their children slept.

Another is that there are so many details that I would think would be burned in their minds that they cannot recall, yet can recall with great clarity the night-light that was out so the blinds had to stay open, the door openings and closings and the emphasis put on that even in the 911 call, fer pete's sake.

Third, it's hard to imagine any adult pressing against a 60-lb child's face hard enough to break out her upper teeth in the process of smothering her. I have no clue as to what could have happened to cause the broken teeth, but my guess is it was something other than smothering.

Last, as a computer programmer, a sleazy swinging lifestyle filled with bizarre activity and willing participants, isn't the next logical step to set up a web-site, credit card friendly? Is it beyond the scope to think that a cold, sleazy, sex-obsessed individual could get there?

I thought about the check angle too, but...... As the grandma of a Brownie/Girl Scout I know that the cookies don't have to be paid for until delivery. However, occasionally some people do pay at ordering time.
