No I wasn't the one with the Mexico theory. I suppose it's possible, but placing it into play without any evidence is silly, IMO. Ok, then, I guess you also saw, but chose to ignore, the portion of my post where I indicated that for months here people have been propounding theories based on NO evidence, implicating many of the VDs swinger friends. l, too, generally dont think much of the concept. But since lots of other people have been doing it, and partly since you were here today and since the person who posted it as I recall was someone like you a long-time FR member who occasionally but not very often posts on this thread, I brought it up. And though IMO I thought your our side is using more of its brain theory was silly, I was too polite to say so.

Oh my gosh!! You poor things!! I am so sorry to hear about what happened to you and your son. I will pray for all of you... :( I can only imagine what you were thinking and what you did when you found out the truth.
I guess is that how children respond to trauma, abuse, neglect or problems such as alcoholism all depends on the situation and the child...case by case basis.

It is an interesting "symptom" as it can be triggered easily. But it can be symptom of something serious..enough that they taught us about it in nursing school and to observe for it

When I look back on seeing the VanDams on TV, telling the public about her disappearance and asking for help, they showed far less remorse than they are now in court.
I just took note of the unkempt appearance of Danielle in her passport photo. It made me think that the VanDams didn't value Danielle quite as much as they might be intimating. Caring parents would have at least combed her hair "before" the passport photo was taken. The kid looked like she just ran in from the playground.

Feldman moves in for the kill:
Asking how many times she has talked with Mr Dusek regarding the case...
Dusek apprised her of possible questions she would get..Did not inform her of potential Defense questions she may get. Reviewed her PH testimony...Is your memory better or worse than at the PH? 'Same'..Memory has NOT faded with time...
To: Marysecretary
Mary I have a son that was molested too...but only once .it is more common that we realize..He will not talk about it
I will pray for your son

Ok, that was a very informative link. (notice, I did not poo poo the idea..) I'm willing to believe that..snce the sweating was in the headlines..it probably will be brought up. HOWEVER, if he wasn't diagnosed prior to, I'd be more leery..

I didn't think comparing those who are not willing to totally sign off on DW being the culprit yet, to OJ supporters was evidence of politeness. Perhaps you did.
To: Amore
our side is using more of its brainneener neener neeeener LOL
To: spectre
Sounds like feldman believes that bvd is grieving... he's going easy so far..I need to go outside but I've gotta wait and see all of this.
Do you think Feldy Feldman will make her into a hostile witness???
To: alisasny, amore
How much do you think it cost westerfield to get those arial photographs?
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
He can't go hard on her ... would draw sympathy, he has to be gentle. Other witnesses likely to impeach her, so he can wait for them. Let the jury come around to see HER for what she is, and NOT see her as a victim of a bullying cross.

Ok, I'm willing to cry truce on this. Let's stop now. I've respected your opinion on many things you have said on this forum in my time at FR, and I do not wish to fight with you.

dentist....she actually KNOWS his name this time around. She did her homework... or finally remembered. It must be the MJ.
To: bvw
BVD appears to be coming off as a very grieving mother who hasnt even dealt with the past 4 months. Just as DVD talked about Danielle in the present yesterday. Having too recount her final days in front of strangers must be torture.
Watching another jury trial like OJ reminds me of how the system needs a complete overhaul which perhaps we can all get into after this case concludes.
To: let freedom sing
If her memory wasn't bad because of the tremendous amount of stress she was under during the PH... you could say it's not bad now cuz she' not smoking doobie.
To: Merovingian
Now asked to identify areas on map...
No more uplifting at sentence end by Brenda. Flat, disgusted tone in responses. Park near DW house...did kids play there?
To: alisasny
Maybe when the trial is over she'll be able to release it all and let go. (just a warning if you've not a popular thing to talk about her grief on the vd threads you know)
